Review efforts by the Palestinian National Authority Ministry of Health to enhance effectiveness of foreign aid in order to improve maternal and child health. Support your response with at least two pertinent citations [10 marks]; (4) Discuss the scope and justify the appropriateness {or inappropriateness} of the eight strategic objectives and expected outcomes of the 2011-2013 health strategy document [8 marks]; (5) Using referenced sources to support your perspective, assess the progress made by the implementers of the strategy to optimize “Access to quality health services”.
