For the therapeutic approach that you have chosen, produce a critical review in the following format:

Evaluate the counselling/psychotherapy framework. In particular, you should consider:
(i) whether the therapy draws appropriately on theory in order to formulate its principles and;

(ii) whether there is research evidence that indicates its value. (700 Words)
